The types of control units supported by IS2000™ platform are Mercury™ (LENEL™, HONEYWELL™, Open Options™, Red Cloud™…) AXIS™ A1001, HID® VertX™ and EDGE™, ACP® inBIO™

and GE™ CASI-RUSCO™ M5.

Next we will list the technical services which aren’t supported by the Software Maintenance Program (included with any IS2000™ license purchase), in none of its references:

- Software development (customization).

- Database management (includes migrations).

- Customized drivers.

- Reports or customized lists.

- Related SW applications.

- Personal photo conversion.

- Template generation for ID-BADGE module (credential printing).

These services will be revised in-depth by our technical staff, who will offer an ECONOMIC PROPOSAL for each individual petition.

The types of alarm panels supported by IS2000™ platform are ELK™, DMP™ and BOSCH™ G Series. If IS2000™ is used with Alarm Panels, the number of panels that can be connected

depend on the licensing referring to the maximum number of readers/doors. The correspondence goes as it follows:

- Up to 8 doors license = 1 alarm panel.

- Up to 16 doors license = 2 alarm panels.

- Up to 32 doors license = 4 alarm panels.

- Up to 64 doors license = 8 alarm panels.

- Up to 128 doors license = 16 alarm panels.

- Up to 256 doors license = 32 alarm panels.

- Up to 512 doors license = 64 alarm panels.

- Up to 1024 doors license = 128 alarm panels.

- Up to 2048 doors license = 256 alarm panels.
